Why families come to us

A good day for them. A real break for you.

Caring for someone with dementia is exhausting, even when you love them dearly. Here, your loved one has somewhere to go where they are known and looked after, and you get a few hours to yourself.

Something to do together

Familiar songs, card games, art, and easy conversation. The kind of things that get people talking and laughing.

Looked after

Staff who understand memory care and age-related needs, in a calm room that is easy to settle into.

A break you can trust

Drop them off and go rest, run errands, or catch your breath. They are in good hands while you are gone.

Our program

Even with memory loss, the person you love is still there.

We meet people where they are. Familiar music, gentle games, and time spent together help us reach the person behind the diagnosis. Some days that means a long conversation, some days it is just a shared laugh. Both count.

  • A familiar, unhurried pace that helps people feel at ease.
  • Songs, sayings, and stories, the things memory holds onto longest.
  • Every member treated as a whole person, not a patient.

Who we serve

Is the club the right fit?

Families ask, and it deserves a plain answer. The club is built around one thing, memory loss, and we do it with our whole heart.

The club is…

  • An afternoon program for adults living with memory loss: dementia, Alzheimer’s, and early-onset memory loss at any age.
  • Staffed by a team trained in memory care and age-related needs.
  • A social, supervised afternoon of music, games, conversation, and creative activities.
  • A real break for the family caregivers who love them.

The club isn’t…

  • A program for children, or for adults whose primary need is a developmental or intellectual disability rather than memory loss. Those needs deserve specialists of their own.
  • Medical care, nursing, or therapy.
  • Overnight or residential care. Members come for the afternoon and head home.
  • A contract or commitment. Come the weeks that work for your family.

Not sure if your loved one is a fit? Call 623-300-CLUB (2582) and ask. If we are not the right place, we will say so kindly and do our best to point you somewhere that is.
